1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Next App Ideas ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The modifications will take effect as soon as they are published on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Service Description

Next App Ideas is a collaborative platform allowing users to:

• Create, share and discuss app ideas
• Collaborate with other creators and developers
• Access analyses powered by artificial intelligence
• Protect their ideas via blockchain timestamping
• Participate in an ideas marketplace

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities performed under your account
• Notifying immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Intellectual Property

Your ideas: You retain all intellectual property rights to the ideas you publish on the Platform. By publishing an idea, you grant Next App Ideas a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute and promote your idea on the Platform.

Blockchain protection: Blockchain timestamping provides immutable proof of the publication date of your idea, but does not in itself constitute a patent or complete legal protection.

Platform content: All elements of the Platform (design, code, logos, etc.) are the property of Next App Ideas and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, defamatory, or offensive content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, threaten or intimidate other users
• Spam or excessively solicit
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use bots or automated scripts without authorization
• Collect data from other users without consent
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others

6. Marketplace

The marketplace allows the buying and selling of ideas between users. Next App Ideas acts only as an intermediary and is not a party to the transactions.

You are responsible for:

• The legality of your transactions
• Payment of applicable taxes and fees
• Resolution of disputes with other users
• Respecting the stated terms of sale

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Next App Ideas does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability of the service
• Accuracy of AI analyses
• Success of any published idea
• Absolute data security

Next App Ideas will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these terms of service
• Fraudulent or illegal behavior
• Request from competent authorities
• Prolonged inactivity

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
