Description
Integrated workspace for distributed teams: task boards, async standups, docs, and virtual watercooler.
## The Problem Remote teams use 10+ tools (Slack, Notion, Jira, etc.). Context switching kills productivity. Real-time expectations burn people out. ## The Solution All-in-one async-first platform: - Task boards with auto-generated standup reports - Video standups (record once, watch async) - Collaborative docs with commenting - Decision logs & async voting - Virtual watercooler for casual chat - Deep work mode (4-hour focus blocks) ## Market Opportunity 6.5 million companies have remote teams. They're bleeding money on tool sprawl. ## Revenue Model - Free: 5 users - Pro: $15/user/month (unlimited features) - Enterprise: SSO, compliance, custom integrations

Love the vision but worried about execution. Building a Notion + Slack + Jira killer is HARD. Start with one thing (async standups?) and nail it before expanding.
The 'deep work mode' with 4-hour focus blocks is exactly what async work needs. Real-time expectations are burning everyone out. Let people work when they're most productive!
I'd pay $50/user/month for this if it works well. Tool sprawl is killing our productivity and costing us $20K+/year in SaaS subscriptions. Make the integrations seamless and you have a winner.
We use 12 different tools at my company and it's CHAOS. If you can actually replace even half of them with one good async-first platform, you'll make millions. The decision logs feature is especially needed!
